The course is held in San Antonio, Texas at the Estancia del Norte San Antonio, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
The course is located 5-10 minutes from the San Antonio Airport (SAT). The hotel offers a free shuttle for your convenience.
The course syllabus will be available in the course app for all registered attendees 1 week prior to the course commencement. We no longer offer printed course syllabus.
A box lunch will be provided on Tuesday.
For lunch on all other days, an hour will be provided and attendees can walk/drive to lunch location of their choosing. There are numerous options in walking distance to the hotel. For guest of the hotel- the free shuttle will take you and pick you up within a 2 mile radius.

If the course is not sold out, same day registration is available with the only payment option of credit card.
Our dress code is causal. You will be in a classroom for 6-9 hours a day. While we try to accommodate everyone's needs, the room can get chilly and we ask that you dress in layers so that you are comfortable throughout the day.
